Zeitlin & Company, Realtors Earns RELO® Quality Certification
Shirley Zeitlin & Company Earns RELO® Quality Certification
CHICAGO (10/12/07) – Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) announced today that Shirley Zeitlin & Co. is the latest recipient of the RELO® Quality Certification. After completing the program’s rigorous application process, Shirley Zeitlin & Co. joins 34 other companies who have earned this prestigious certification.
Launched in 2001, the RELO® Quality Certification (RQC) recognizes service excellence, professionalism and industry expertise in relocation departments. To earn the certification, candidates undergo an in-depth evaluation of virtually every facet of their departments, including facilities, technology, performance, staffing, training, services offered, marketing, customer satisfaction, and more.
