Maracle joins the team with over 15 years of relocation experience, with a primary focus on servicing the western region corporate relocation sector for the past seven years. She began her career as an entrepreneur owning and operating a household goods agency. Helen is well known across the country for her sales, networking and relationship management skills.

CHICAGO (5/15/13) – Chicago-based Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® announced its 2012 sales statistics today, once again demonstrating dominance in the real estate market.

Collectively, network affiliates produced $272 billion in sales in 2012 with over one million transaction sides, which is $65-70 billion more in dollar volume and approximately 20% more sides than its closest network competitors.   

Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® showed leadership in local markets as well, with network affiliates holding the number one ranking in 39% of the top 108 markets in either sales volume or transaction sides or both.

Among the top 500 companies in the country, affiliates out-performed all other networks by over 34% in 2012, according to REAL Trends 500, which ranks the largest companies by transaction sides and sales volume.

Within this prestigious group, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® members represented 13 of the top 25 brokerage firms in the U.S. and produced 27% of the total sales of the top 500 companies, compared to 20% by its closest competitor.

Rob Sibcy Named Chairman of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®

CHICAGO, IL – (03/06/13) – Robert N. Sibcy, president of Sibcy Cline, Realtors has been elected to a two-year term as Chairman of the Board of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of 500+ market-leading real estate firms representing more home sales than any other real estate network.

Mr. Sibcy has been at the helm of Sibcy Cline, Realtors since 1969, when he assumed the corporate leadership role at the age of 25.  Now the largest real estate brokerage in Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; Northern Kentucky; and Southeastern Indiana, the company has 22 offices and more than 1,200 sales associates, selling over $1.72 billion of real estate in the past year.

CHICAGO – (5/23/12) –  According to the recently-released REAL Trends Top 500 Report,Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®once again led in sales in 2011, with nearly 27% of total sales among the country’s top 500 firms. With 528,000 transaction sides, this figure was nearly 124,000 more sides than the network’s closest competitor.

Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) also led in sales volume, with nearly $134 billion, representing 26% of the total volume. The strength of LeadingRE’s local brands was further conveyed in the analysis of the #1 market share rankings for the nation’s top 103 markets. In that portion of the study, LeadingRE had the highest representation, with 40 firms holding the number one ranking.

U.S. network sales in 2011 for all of LeadingRE’s 500+ affiliate firms totaled nearly 924,000 transaction sides valued at $234.6 billion. Estimates indicate that these figures are approximately 152,000 sides and $65 billion more than the network’s closest competitor. Worldwide, LeadingRE network members participated in nearly 1.1 million transaction sides.

“The continued dominance of the brands affiliated with LeadingRE is a testament to the strength and quality of these brokers, managers and sales associates. RELO Direct® Assists with Relocation of Chiquita Brands Headquarters

CHICAGO – (12/21/11) – RELO Direct®, Inc., announced on November 29, 2011 that it will serve as corporate relocation provider for Chiquita Brands, which is moving its global headquarters from Cincinnati, OH to Charlotte, NC. The move will result in more than 400 positions being relocated to the Charlotte area by 2014.

RELO Direct®, who has been providing relocation support to Chiquita Brands for two years, will facilitate the move with a full range of relocation services, ranging from home marketing to household goods transportation and home finding programs.

Beginning in early December, RELO Direct® staff began assisting Chiquita’s employees to familiarize them with the Charlotte area, followed by individual support from client service managers dedicated to the project.

Chris Dietz Speaks on Behalf of Luxury Portfolio International™ at The Property Investor Show & OPP Live 2011

CHICAGO – (10/5/11) – Chris Dietz, European director for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® - International Ltd. and Luxury Portfolio International™, will be a speaker at The Property Investor Show & OPP Live 2011 at ExCeL London, October 13-15.

The event is the final presentation in a three-part trade show series for Europe's most prestigious investors and trade professionals. Dietz has been chosen as a panelist for the session entitled "Marketing and Selling Luxury: What are the best ways to find, target, and successfully sell to luxury buyers?", on October 14.

Other confirmed panelists are: Julian Houchin, director of iO Adria; Stephen Wise, co-founder and major investor of The Hideaways Club; and Charlotte Ashton, director of AB Property Marketing. The chair for the session is Shirley Humphrey, sales and marketing director of Harrods Estates.

Dietz is based in London and recently expanded the network’s global presence by overseeing the opening of the company’s new office on Trafalgar Square in London.
